Gen 13 #14

In the 1998 issue of Gen 13 #14, a group of young heroes—Specimen Kobeh, Mr. Meban, Bulka-Saurus, and Gronk—are captured by the Noaamites and imprisoned aboard a Noaamite spaceship. When the aliens probe Grunge, his body undergoes a terrifying transformation, turning him into a monstrous force that unleashes chaos among their captors. Just as the ship hurtles toward a catastrophic crash, Gen 13—Burn-Out 2027, Rainmaker 2027, and Jack Lynch 2027—arrive on the bridge, only to realize they’re moments from colliding with a far larger alien vessel.

Lost in space and having survived the Noaamite aliens who captured them, Fairchild, Grunge, and Freefall now face a new challenge: repairing their ship and extracting it from a collision with an unknown alien vessel. Boarding the strange craft, they confront a survivor from the Drahn, one of the deadliest species in the universe—only for Specimen Kobeh to sacrifice himself, ensuring the others can return home.
