Torpedo and Wet-Suit sneak up on the Oktober Guard who are sneaking onto Cobra Island. Serpentor and Mindbender catch Fred with his helmet off and put it on a BAT hoping to make their android the new Cobra Commander. The Oktober Guard captures the BAT thinking it is the head snake himself.
