Snake Eyes and Helix take out the jamming tower. Tomax, Bludd, Baroness, and Destro watch footage of the attack. Savane and the Commander meet with Indian officials. He kills Bludd's men and the drugs they had procured. Cobra drops fliers all over Nanzhao, telling all the people to evacuate. Joe command figures out the Commander's goal: to destroy the country.
