Duke, Stalker & Scarlett arrive to reinforce Snake-Eyes and Storm Shadow as they join forces with Cobra to destroy the Blue Ninjas in Broca Beach. Cobra Commander's battle armor allows him to repel an attack by BN-001 back at the cyborg and after the others have disarmed it, Cobra Commander executes him. With the battle over, Cobra Commander orders his men to capture the G.I. Joe team.
