The Joes have downloaded information from the Silent Castle's computers that reveal the Commander's plans to take over the U.S. to the Pentagon. As they're escaping, Snake-Eyes is captured by Billy and later placed under Dr. Venom's brainwave scanner as Storm Shadow aids Scarlett in her escape. Meanwhile, at the Pentagon, Hawk awaits the ok from the President before Cobra troopers are disarmed and placed into custody by the U.S. military.
