In "Union of the Snake Part Four," Destro launches a bold assault on the Pit, forcing the Dreadnoks to rejoin Cobra as tensions escalate. With the Joes scrambling to respond, the Commander turns his focus on Destro, while Gibbs introduces Rey to Flint as the new commander. Barrel Roll’s visit to Blackout is cut short when Destro strikes again, leading to a fierce battle that leaves the Pit in ruins. The issue ends with the Commander capturing Destro and his forces, then destroying the plane carrying the Baroness.
