In Switzerland, the Baroness undergoes a dramatic transformation with new plastic surgery and a striking new look, while Major Bludd tries to exploit the situation by threatening Cobra Commander over his involvement in her 'accident'—a twist tied to Destro’s earlier failed assassination attempt. As the Joes track Bludd, a tense chase unfolds, leading to a surprising turn when the Commander is captured instead. Written by Larry Hama and illustrated by Mike Vosburg with inks by Jon D'Agostino and Tartag, and colored by George Roussos, this issue features a striking cover by Michael Golden.
