In "The Medieval Mirthquake," Funnyman finds himself stranded in a fantastical past after a lightning strike strands him in medieval times. Taken in by Sir Lunchalot and presented to King Artery, he quickly becomes the target of Queen Hotcha’s scheming, who sees in him a pawn to seize the throne. When the King dismisses her claims, he devises a dangerous test—pitting the Zany Comedian against the fearsome Tiny Tom, promised freedom if he succeeds.
In "The Return of Slippery Slim," the cunning criminal escapes jail disguised as Sgt. Harrigan, fooling no one quite like Funnyman—whose sharp eyes spot the ruse. When the chase ends in a scolding from the Police Inspector, a new twist emerges: Boris Porous plans to star Harrigan in a movie, only for Slim to storm in, only to find the "Sergeant" is actually Funnyman in disguise.
In "Leapin' Lena," Larry and June's routine shopping trip takes a wild turn when they cross paths with the swift-footed thief Lena and her gang. After a daring heist leaves Funnyman seemingly dead—only for the gang to realize too late that his steel-plated head has saved him—the chase is far from over.
