# Fugitives from Justice #4 This issue contains at least two stories: the first involves Dr. Archer, a surgeon whose cousin Christopher confesses to murdering a woman named Windy Gale; Christopher and his grandmother attempt to hide the crime, but Mr. Flint and police arrive to arrest Christopher for the murder, leading to a family confrontation where Robin and Vera (Christopher's wife) reveal they had sued each other for divorce based on lies told by Windy Gale. The second story concerns a naval mutiny led by Ling Fang, who reveals an informant (Alvarez) to criminal contacts; when the informant is discovered, Ling Fang plots to eliminate him and turn him over to rebel forces, ultimately allowing the informant to go free as a confidential agent in Singapore.
