“Cybermancy!”

In "Cybermancy!", Iron Man makes a shocking move by unilaterally bringing Cybermancer into Force Works to replace Century, setting off a chain of tensions that erupt when he announces Hawkeye is a murderer behind two killings at Avengers Mansion—now mysteriously erased from the map, with no one remembering Vietnam ever existed. Written by Dan Abnett and Andy Lanning and illustrated by Jim Cheung with inks by Rey Garcia, this pivotal issue sees U.S.Agent drawn into a trap by Iron Man, who arrives with Cybermancer to confront Hawkeye, while Wanda demands answers—and Iron Man walks away. The cover by Jim Cheung and Rey Garcia captures the moment’s electric tension.

Iron Man enrolls Cybermancer to the team to replace Century without consulting anybody else. He announces that there have been two murders at Avengers Mansion back in New York, and that it has been determined that Hawkeye is the guilty party, who is also known to have since travelled west to California. U.S.Agent is allowed to contact Hawkeye and meet with him, but is double-crossed by Iron Man who turns up with Cybermancer to take out Hawkeye. Wanda asks Iron to resign and he walks out. Meanwhile, Viet Nam disappears from all the maps, and nobody even remembers it.
