Captured by its people and sentenced to eternal exile, they must prove their worth when a hidden threat emerges—offering a chance to earn their freedom through courage, not conquest.

Flash Gordon is forced to return to the alien world of Mongo to rescue Dale, now held hostage by Gorlak and his mysterious ally Ming. With the fate of Mongo hanging in the balance, Flash must confront both old enemies and the lingering shadows of his past as Zarkov works to restore order and free the imprisoned King Barin and his council.

In "Flash Gordon und die See-Bestie," the Earth Trio returns to Mingo City only to be caught in a storm and rescued—then captured—by the enigmatic Captain Sangre. Now stranded with him, they learn he needs Zarkov and Flash’s help to free his ship from a monstrous Goliath-Zitteraal lurking beneath the waves.
