“A Childish Dream”

In "A Childish Dream," Liz—a successful city editor who’s built a life of polished detachment—returns to her quiet Kansas roots after a sudden resignation, her true feelings buried beneath a mask of ambition. When Josh Carrol, the illustrator she’s quietly loved all along, tracks her down, their reunion stirs something long denied, leaving her poised between the life she made and the one she never stopped dreaming of. The story unfolds with quiet intensity, drawn with the expressive precision of Vince Colletta, whose inks shape every glance and hesitation.
