Helen and her sister travel to New Orleans for some Mardi Gras excitement, since she is bored with her small-town boyfriend Tom. She meets the much more interesting Don, but he quickly abandons her when an old girlfriend shows up. Helen believes Don has come back when a masked man arrives to take her to a costume party but she later finds out it's Tom, who's not so boring after all.
