Chris Samnee's cover for Fire Power #28 frames a lone warrior — fists clenched, scarf trailing in the wind — standing amid smoldering ruins as an enormous, glowing-eyed dragon looms out of the blood-red sky above him. The sheer scale between the solitary figure below and the monstrous creature overhead gives the image a genuinely gripping sense of dread and defiance.
