Fightin' Marines #36

A U.S. supply base comes under attack before dawn when a bugler's call fails to alert the men, leaving Johnny Walsh and his platoon unprepared for the assault. As Johnny tries to help his comrades, Miss Edith Hornung arrives at the base and informs him that she is engaged to someone else, prompting Johnny to focus on the military action at hand. During the battle, Johnny and his fellow marines work to defend against the enemy assault, ultimately succeeding in their mission.
