"Tiger Girl in a New Jungle Thriller" follows Tiger Girl as she navigates river dangers, encounters river devils, and faces a confrontation with a tiger in the jungle while protected by her magical club. "The Land of Lost Safaris" depicts an archaeologist held hostage by a general who demands he reveal the location of a fabulous temple within an ancient city; the archaeologist must choose between disclosing the temple's whereabouts or protecting the monks who live there. The issue also includes a Kayo Kirby feature involving a "real giveaway show" and radio publicity stunt.
In "The Land of Lost Safaris," Tiger Girl confronts the cruel rituals of Chief Logumbe and the witch doctor Naygoa, who summon the baboon god Bor-Uk-Nah to demand human sacrifices. When the ghost of Logumbe’s daughter Gayla appears to demand Tiger Girl’s death, she uncovers a shocking truth: the spirit is a trick, and the real Gayla is alive, hidden in plain sight. As Tiger Girl and her companion Abdola unravel the deception, they face treachery, ancient temples, and a gold-laden conspiracy that tests their courage and loyalty.
