The issue introduces a new character, Señorita Rio, whose story "Señorita Rio" follows her mission in romantic South America involving a plot to seize control of a country, with the criminal mastermind El Señor de Oro commanding her to eliminate a rival named Carlos. Additional features include Rid Carson as an Ace of the Sky-Troops and various other adventure tales typical of Fiction House's action-adventure anthology format.
Rip Carson, an American sky-troop observer, uncovers a sinister Japanese scheme on the island of Sablang: enemy forces have secretly taken over a native temple and are manipulating the local people into attacking the U.S. occupation by convincing them they're serving their god. With help from a resourceful local woman who despises the occupation, Carson must expose the deception and stop the enemy before the confused natives become unwitting pawns in a larger trap.
