Feral is the follow-up ongoing series from the creative team behind Stray Dogs — writer Tony Fleecs and artist Trish Forstner — joined by inker Tone Rodriguez and colorist Brad Simpson, all published by Image Comics. The series launched in March 2024 and structured itself in discrete five-issue arcs collected as trade paperbacks; the second arc's trade (collecting #6–10) landed in stores on March 12, 2025, just two weeks before issue #11 hit shelves, making the timing of the new arc's debut a deliberate complement to that collected-edition release. Forstner draws on a lifetime of classic animation influences — particularly 1980s and '90s toons — giving the book its distinctive contrast between charming character design and graphic survival horror, a visual language established from the first issue and carried intact into #11.
