Fear Itself: Youth in Revolt #2
Part two of Sean McKeever, Mike Norton, and Veronica Gandini's six-issue limited series drops young heroes into the thick of a very public crisis. The cover, penciled and inked by Giuseppe Camuncoli, says it all: a armored, white-haired heroine is being supported — almost carried — by a gold-caped male hero, her head bowed in exhaustion or anguish, while a red-haired young woman in a green-and-orange costume looks on with evident concern. Behind them, an angry crowd surges against barriers, hoisting protest signs reading "We've Had Enough" and "Where Are the Heroes?", as a police officer tries to hold the line and cameras roll. It's a striking portrait of young heroes already under pressure — not just from threats, but from a public that's losing faith in them.
