Farmhand #7

Rob Guillory's unsettling rural horror series reaches its seventh chapter with a cover that's hard to shake: a stern, heavyset older man cradles what appears to be a grotesque, vein-laced organic mass in his outstretched hands, a plant tendril curling upward from it toward his chest, while a row of hooded, faceless figures looms in the dim background. The composition — backlit, reverent, and deeply unnerving — captures everything Farmhand does so well, blending agricultural imagery with body-horror dread. "Chapter 7: The Wound" promises that Guillory and colorist Taylor Wells are continuing to push this Image series into genuinely strange territory.
