Farmhand #3
☆ Be the first to review + Add to your collection — Join freeRob Guillory's body-horror farming saga continues with this unsettling third chapter, "Pet Sins," and the cover makes a strong case for why Farmhand was one of 2018's most visually inventive Image titles. Dominating the image is a massive, plant-hybrid creature viewed from below — its gaping maw filled with jagged teeth and a mottled tongue — while its two enormous green, bulbous eyes each reflect a trio of small human figures who appear trapped or absorbed within them. It's a wonderfully creepy composition from Guillory, with Taylor Wells's lush coloring giving the creature an eerie bioluminescent glow that makes the whole thing feel simultaneously grotesque and alive.
