Fantomet #18/1999

In "Under falskt flagg," the Fantomet finds himself in post-Civil War America, where he uncovers a sinister plot: Spanish agents disguised as Union soldiers are smuggling freed slaves onto a ship bound for Cuba, setting them up for a new life of bondage. With the help of engineer John Ericsson and a daring use of dynamite—thanks to a new invention from Alfred Nobel—the Fantomet must stop the Spaniards from stealing a revolutionary armored ship.
