In "Svärdet i sjön," the Silent Knight defends Lady Celia from bandits before traveling to Camelot for a tournament. Facing a masked knight sent by the sorceress Morgan Le Fay, he defeats every challenger—only to lose to a suit of enchanted armor. Bound to serve Morgan, he undertakes a perilous quest: slaying a dragon for a golden apple, then diving into a lake to retrieve a necklace wrapped around a sword held by a mystical hand. With a final act of defiance, he hurls his sword to summon lightning and break free—but not before Lady Celia’s jealousy flares over a kiss he was forced to accept from Morgan.
