Fantastic Four: Antithesis #3

The third chapter of Fantastic Four: Antithesis puts Marvel's First Family in a genuinely dire spot, as this Neal Adams cover shows all four members — the Thing, Mr. Fantastic, the Invisible Woman, and a blazing Human Torch — caught in the grip of a colossal, mechanically armored creature with glowing eyes and a snarling maw that dwarfs them completely. Adams's linework gives the composition real weight and menace, the team's blue-and-white uniforms a sharp contrast against the monster's dark, industrial bulk. Mark Waid's Antithesis mini-series is shaping up to be one of the more visually striking FF stories of 2020.
