Part three of "Rising Storm" arrives with a cover that puts Reed Richards front and center, his blue-and-black FF uniform glowing with a crackling force field as he surges forward through a breathtaking cosmic backdrop of asteroids, distant planets, and a blazing stellar explosion. The sense of scale is genuinely impressive — pencils by Mike Wieringo and inks by Karl Kesel give Reed a steely, determined expression that suggests the stakes couldn't be higher. With Mark Waid writing and Wieringo on interior art as well, this 2005 chapter of the "Rising Storm" arc has all the ingredients of the team firing on all cylinders.
