From the creative team of Willingham, Buckingham, Pepoy, and Leialoha, this April 2013 Vertigo installment continues "Chapter Two of Snow White" with a cover by Joao Ruas that's genuinely striking — a wide-eyed man grips what appears to be a speeding vehicle while a snarling, glowing-eyed dog lunges toward him, all set against the eerie backdrop of a ringed planet looming in deep space. The cosmic setting and barely-contained chaos on that cover make it clear that Fables is operating in some wonderfully strange territory this issue.
