Exquisite Corpses #3

Issue three of Image's Exquisite Corpses arrives with a cover by Michael Walsh that's all mood and controlled menace — a lean, red-haired figure in a long coat and plaid pants stands coolly mid-foreground, cigarette in hand, while a chaotic collage of snarling faces, graffiti, stars, and a "NO LIFE" tag fills the background in a striking blue-and-orange palette. The composition feels like a punk zine and a noir thriller got into a very stylish argument. With Pornsak Pichetshote and James Tynion IV co-writing alongside the artistic talents of Valentine De Landro, Walsh, colorist Jordie Bellaire, and letterer Becca Carey, this series continues to feel like one of 2025's most visually distinctive books.
