Slim Sandor is released from prison but is more evil than before. He is frustrated by the goodness of his brother Guy and his wife Sandra (who are secretly in love) so he goes looking to cash in an I.O.U. he got in prison while playing with loaded dice. The man refuses to pay the I.O.U. because he found out the dice were loaded so Slim kills him. His brother Guy is arrested for the murder when he finds the body right before the police come in. Slim goes on the run with his wife while the Black Terror figures out that he is responsible and has to track him down to clear Guy's name.
