Exciting Comics #38

Exciting Comics #38 is an anthology featuring The Black Terror as the main character, with supporting stories including "The American Eagle," in which two rocket-powered heroes discover Frank's missing boat and encounter Nazi agents aboard a German vessel, forcing them to escape in a plane.
