Evolution's body-horror premise hits full stride with this visceral third issue from Image. The cover — rendered in raw, blood-soaked detail — depicts a grotesquely mutated figure crouching over a fallen body, an arrow piercing clean through as organic matter erupts across the scene in unsettling reds and flesh tones. If the creative team of Asmus, Boyd, Infurnari, Keatinge, Sebela, and Williamson has anything to say about it, 2018's most unnerving series isn't slowing down anytime soon.
