Ernie heads back to Hell to take on Pagan and ends up facing a cadre of deadly demonic assassins. Ernie has his revenge on Pagan for banishing Lady Death from Hell. When he returns back to the real world, Ernie is confronted by Chastity who, rather than kill him as is her mission, decides to come on to him instead. After spurning Chastity's advances, Ernie decides the best way to achieve megadeath is with nukes.
