Everything's Archie #39

A ski trip gone hilariously sideways sets the tone for this 1975 Archie Comics gem. The cover — penciled by Dan DeCarlo and inked by Rudy Lapick — delivers a perfectly timed winter gag: a cheerful figure holds up a pair of skis announcing there's "not a single scratch" on them, while Archie has clearly just collided with a tree, dazed stars and colorful bursts swirling around his helmeted head.
