Egbert #20

Egbert, an anthropomorphic duck, becomes entangled with a scheming con man and his accomplice who discover a treasure chest containing hundreds of dollars. After the nitwit smashes the chest open, the crooks attempt to cheat Egbert out of the money through a series of tricks and deceptions. When Egbert's cousin Addelbert arrives in town, the con men try to make a quick getaway, but Egbert pursues them, ultimately outwitting the criminals and sending them fleeing in defeat.
