The cover tagline promises a story of pygmy allies and giant enemies, setting up Gaylord Du Bois and Jesse Marsh's tale "The Slingers of Kroo Maun" with real intrigue. At just a dime, this Nov.–Dec. issue is a fine example of Dell's painted cover work by Morris Gollub and George Wilson at their adventurous best.
