In a lighthearted naval comedy, Shipwreck Jones and Seaweed Sam bicker over deck duty, leading to a series of increasingly absurd boasts from Jones about his exaggerated naval past. As Jones spins tall tales of heroic exploits and imaginary medals, Seaweed Sam calls him out—only to find himself dragged into a farcical role-reversal when Jones claims he’s too important to swab the deck.

In 1942, during the war, Commander Winslow and Lieutenant Pennington are sent to retrieve hidden Philippine silver before it falls into Japanese hands, leading them on a dangerous mission involving a submerged cave, a sabotaged raft, and a daring plan to outwit enemy divers. With time running out and a Japanese plane spotting them, they must use deception and stealth to protect the treasure—only to face a new threat when they discover the silver has already been taken by the enemy.
