A darkened antebellum mansion looms in the background, grounding the scene firmly in the haunted atmosphere the title promises. With Selwyn Seyfu Hinds writing and Denys Cowan on interior art, "Requiem Chapter Two: A Haunting in the Old Town" looks to be exactly the kind of moody, atmospheric storytelling that made Vertigo's mature-readers line so compelling.
