Doctor Strange, Sorcerer Supreme #47
☆ Be the first to review + Add to your collection — Join freePart of Marvel's 1992 Infinity War crossover event, this issue of Dr. Strange, Sorcerer Supreme poses a genuinely unsettling question right on the cover: "Will the Real Dr. Strange Please Stand Up?" Geof Isherwood's cover artwork dramatizes the dilemma vividly — a blue-tinged, seemingly corrupted or duplicate Dr. Strange is shown reeling backward, his Eye of Agamotto medallion clearly visible, while a dark-haired female figure grips him from behind in a tense confrontation. Writer Roy Thomas continues the "Strange Bedfellows" storyline here, and with doppelgangers running rampant across the Infinity War, the question of Strange's true identity feels like exactly the right kind of mystical trouble for the Sorcerer Supreme to be in.
