In "Entkommen!", Magik guides Psyche through the surreal depths of Limbo before bringing her and the New Mutants back to the Massachusetts Academy, where the Hellions challenge them to a duel. The confrontation is cut short by the sudden arrival of Sebastian Shaw and Emma Frost, plunging the scene into chaos—before Magik swiftly teleports the team home.

In "Tödliche Jagd," Danielle Moonstar faces the terrifying return of the Demon Bear that killed her parents, while Rachel Summers struggles to reach Professor X from her displaced timeline. As Warlock flees from his father, Magus, the threat of the Demon Bear closes in—leaving Danielle gravely wounded in its wake.
