Tracy and Sam use tear gas to drive Open-Mind Monty from his greenhouse hideaway. Tracy reveals that Monty's knife in the skull is nothing more than clever make-up. Meanwhile, B. O. Plenty buys a wading pool for the kids. A torrential downpour floods B. O.'s property, and as he and Gertie sleep through the storm, Sparkle and WIngy try to save their wading pool only to find themselves swept away by the flood waters.
