Dial H #11
A disembodied hand thrusts a rotary-dial public telephone disc toward the reader, filling Brian Bolland's cover with an air of urgent, mysterious purpose — the bold tagline "What the…" doing exactly the work it needs to. China Miéville's New 52 reinvention of the H-Dial concept continues here in issue #11, with Alberto Ponticelli and Dan Green handling interior art on a story cheekily titled "W. T. Flash?" that promises something delightfully off-kilter. If you've been following this strange, inventive series, this installment looks like another rewarding spin of the dial.
