Dr. Wainwright's invisibility formula is stolen from his laboratory by the Raven, and assistant Adams is found tied up. Lured from the crime scene with word the Raven has been arrested, Kent is saved from killers by Wendy, whose father was swindled out of $4 million by the Raven. The real villain, disguised as Adams, kills Wainwright and uses his formula to temporarily become invisible.
