Part of Marvel Legacy's "Kingpins of New York" arc, this issue puts the street-level tension front and center with a striking cover by David Marquez — the hulking Kingpin looms over the cityscape backdrop of nighttime New York, flanked by two dangerous figures: a broad-shouldered man in a brown coat and a white-haired woman with a predatory gaze.
