Part of Marvel Legacy's "Kingpins of New York" arc, this 2018 issue puts Jessica Jones front and center — arms crossed, coolly unfazed — while a formidable assembly of women surrounds her: Elektra with blades drawn, Black Cat poised and dangerous, Typhoid Mary tumbling acrobatically overhead, and a cluster of other armed fighters filling the alley behind her. David Marquez's cover composition is quietly commanding, positioning Jessica as the calm eye of a very volatile storm. With Bendis writing and Marquez and Justin Ponsor bringing the visuals to life, it's a sharp, character-driven installment in this street-level Marvel saga.
