Riley Rossmo's cover centers on a red-haired, armored young woman standing defiantly in a spotlight, bow in hand and rifle at her side, while an enormous, ominous mechanical creature looms in the shadowy red backdrop above her — the scale contrast alone sets a vivid tone.
