Three figures collide in chaotic mid-action on Dave Johnson and Dexter Vines' cover: a blue-clad masked combatant, a menacing red devil-faced figure, and a wide-eyed bald character caught between them, all tangled in swords and machinery against a burst of yellow energy. The tagline "Hell on Wheels!" gives a strong sense of the turbulent conflict promised inside, tying neatly to the story title "Siege of the Hellriders!" Marv Wolfman and Mike Huddleston deliver what looks to be a high-octane chapter in this 1996 DC series.
