In "Birth Rites Part Two," Death's Head and his allies storm the AIM complex in a desperate bid to stop Necker from transforming Kite into a new Death's Head cyborg—only to see their plan unravel. As the experiment succeeds, the newly awakened Kite borg uses Necker’s time machine to reclaim the missing half of his body, merging into the terrifying entity known as Charnel. Written by Dan Abnett and illustrated by Simon Coleby, with inks by Alan Smith and colors by Gary Gravett, this 1993 Marvel UK issue features a cover by Salvador Larroca and Andy Lanning.

Death's Head and company break into the AIM complex to try and prevent Necker from turning Kite into a new Death's Head cyborg but fail. The new Kite borg uses Necker's time machine to retrieve the other half of his body and the two combine to become Charnel.
