Deadshot #5

The finale of this five-part series goes out with a bang — literally. Cover artists Mike Zeck and Jerry Ordway stage a chaotic urban battlefield with Deadshot standing defiantly front-and-center in his signature red suit and targeting monocle, clutching a massive weapon while a sprawling crowd of costumed adversaries, gunmen, and powered combatants swarms the street around him. The cover tagline "Everybody Against Deadshot… Fair Fight!" says it all, capturing the gloriously lopsided odds that writer Christos N. Gage and artist Steven Cummings bring to a close in this June 2005 conclusion.
