Deadpool vs. Carnage #4

The concluding chapter of this 2014 Marvel limited series brings the brutal rivalry to a head, and Glenn Fabry's cover makes an immediate impression: a symbiote-merged Deadpool — his red mask fused with writhing black tendrils — squares off against what appears to be a grotesque, mechanically corrupted creature lunging forward from a rubble-strewn cityscape. The image is visceral and kinetic, all gnashing teeth, jagged spines, and tangled symbiote strands spilling across the composition.
