Deadpool the Duck #2

The mash-up Marvel never knew it needed continues here — David Nakayama's cover places Deadpool the Duck front and center in a space suit, beak agape and armed with a hefty weapon, while a grinning, helmet-clad Rocket Raccoon floats alongside him against a gorgeous starfield backdrop. The two are tethered together by winding tubes, which feels just about right for this wonderfully absurd cosmic odd-couple premise. With Stuart Moore writing and Jacopo Camagni on art, issue #2 promises more of the irreverent energy this series wears so proudly on its red-suited sleeve.
