DC Universe Presents #13 brings together two underutilized corners of the New 52 in one crackling team-up, as Black Lightning and Blue Devil share the spotlight in "The Devil Made Me Do It." Ryan Sook's cover captures the energy perfectly — a crackling, electricity-charged Black Lightning looms large in his sleek New 52 costume while Blue Devil, blue-skinned and horned and clutching a gold trident, surges forward alongside him against a city skyline. Writer Marc Andreyko and artist Robson Rocha make for a compelling creative pairing on this 2012 entry in DC's anthology series, which clearly has a lot of fun putting these two very different heroes in each other's orbit.
